There's a hand rolled and stitched hem and a little peak at the top in the French beret style - it fits like a tam and you can wear it to the back or the side as you wish. My medium size is 22.5" (57cm) circumference / 11" diameter and ready to ship but I'm happy to make a custom size for you: if you prefer a different circumference just drop me a note.
