Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 1-3 working days unless you have been otherwise notified. At very busy times, this may be longer so please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive if it is intended for a gift or special occasion.
We will ship using Royal Mail 1st Class Inland, or Standard International unless you have requested otherwise. Please note that in the UK this does not offer tracking information. If you need tracking, please let me know and we will upgrade your shipping. The estimated delivery times for your country can be found on Royal Mail's website but please bear in mind these refer to the length of time to get your item into the country; they do not allow for customs delays, which can sometimes add quite a few days onto the delivery time. This is unfortunately beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible in any way for shipping delays.
Packages will be wrapped in plain white acid-free tissue and cotton ties, and packaged in brown paper. This is the most ecological way to pack up parcels safely so that they arrive in good condition with minimal impact on the environment.
